TRAGENE Journal supports MetaTrader 5 (MT5), MetaTrader 4 (MT4), and crypto exchanges including Binance, Bybit, OKX, and KuCoin. Indian stock traders can use CSV import from Zerodha, Upstox, Groww, and others.

Yes. MT4 auto-sync is available on Pro and Elite plans. Connect via your investor (read-only) password.

Trades are automatically synchronized from your connected MT5/MT4 account or crypto exchange. Once connected, your trading history is imported into your journal where it is processed into charts, reports, analytics, and AI insights.

Yes. Supported accounts can synchronize automatically after being connected. Crypto sync runs every few minutes.

Yes! Crypto auto-sync is free on ALL plans — including the free plan. Connect Binance, Bybit, OKX, or KuCoin and your trades sync automatically.

For MT5/MT4: Trading Account Number, Investor (Read-Only) Password, Broker Server Name. For crypto exchanges: API Key and Secret (read-only permissions).

The Investor Password provides read-only access to your trading account. It allows TRAGENE Journal to read your trading history without allowing any trading activity.

No. TRAGENE Journal cannot open, close, or modify trades. It cannot withdraw or deposit funds. It only analyzes trading information.

Yes. We use read-only API keys and investor passwords. We cannot trade, withdraw, or move your funds. All credentials are encrypted at rest.

No. TRAGENE Journal cannot access your funds.

We use secure HTTPS connections and industry-standard security practices to protect your information during transmission and storage.

You retain ownership of your trading data. TRAGENE Journal processes it only to provide platform features such as analytics, AI insights, and reporting.

The AI analyzes: trade history, win rate, risk management, drawdown, journal notes, trading behavior, performance trends, emotional patterns (from diary), session performance, symbol performance, and overall statistics.

ChatGPT gives generic trading advice. Our AI analyzes YOUR actual trades — specific symbols, dates, dollar amounts. It knows your win rate on XAUUSD, not the market's average. It tells you "3 of your 5 crypto losses had no stop loss" — not "use stop losses."

Yes. Free users get limited AI tokens (resets monthly). Pro and Elite get unlimited AI. AI Coach and AI Diary Writer are Elite-only features.

No. AI-generated insights are intended to assist your trading review and may occasionally contain inaccuracies. Always make your own trading decisions.

No. The AI provides analytical observations and educational insights only — not investment recommendations.

Create an account → Go to Subscription page → Select your plan → Pay via UPI, Net Banking, or Card → Your subscription activates automatically.

Yes. We use Cashfree for payments — supports UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, and all major cards. All prices are in INR.

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. Your data stays intact. If you downgrade, you keep access until the billing period ends.

No. The price you see is what you pay. A 2% payment gateway fee is included in the total. No surprise charges.

Generally, subscriptions are non-refundable. Refunds are only considered in limited situations involving verified technical or billing issues caused directly by TRAGENE Journal. Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete details.

Yes. You may request account deletion through your account settings or by contacting support.

Your premium features will no longer be available. Your data is preserved. You can reactivate premium features at any time by purchasing a new subscription.

Yes. Free users can import CSV files once per week. Pro and Elite users get unlimited CSV imports. You can also auto-sync from supported platforms.

Depending on your subscription, the dashboard may include: Win Rate, Profit & Loss, Drawdown, Risk Metrics, Equity Curve, Performance Charts, Trading Calendar, Session Analysis, Symbol Breakdown, AI Insights, Journal Entries, and Performance Reports.

Yes. You can record personal observations, mistakes, emotions, screenshots, and trading plans for future review.

Yes. Export your trades as CSV or PDF anytime. Share with mentors, keep backups, or run your own analysis.

TRAGENE Journal supports Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, and Safari. Works on desktop and mobile browsers.

Common reasons: incorrect account number, incorrect investor password, incorrect broker server, temporary broker connection issues, or network interruptions. Verify your credentials and try again.

Yes. TRAGENE Journal is fully responsive. Log trades, check AI reports, and view analytics from any device. No app install needed.

Yes. Track NSE, BSE, and MCX trades. F&O trades with expiry dates, strike prices, and CE/PE options. Brokerage, STT, and other charges are tracked separately. Net P&L shown in rupees.

Yes. Export your tradebook as CSV from Zerodha, Upstox, Groww, Angel One, or any broker — then import into TRAGENE Journal. Direct broker sync is on our roadmap.

You enter brokerage, STT, GST, and other charges manually. The journal shows gross P&L and net P&L after all charges. We plan to add broker API integration in the future.

Yes. We only need read-only API permissions. We cannot trade, withdraw, or move your funds. Your API keys are encrypted at rest.
